Tatasky Binge Complaints:

Tatasky Binge Device linked with Tatasky subscriber ID,and when customer recharge his/her Tatasky account.After that getting Error in Tatasky Binge ie.Your account needs to be refresh or Your Tatasky account is deactivated kindly recharge.

Resolution:

Open Firetv Stick:

1.Click on Tatasky Binge > Click on Profile icon > Click on Refresh Account.

Check binge apps,if issue persist.then, Follow step 3 and 4.

2.Go to settings of Fire tv stick > Application > Manage installed Application > Tatasky Binge > Clear Data.

3. Home> Tatasky binge> Accept license agreement> Enter Tatasky Subscriber Id > Continue > Enter OTP ,which you have received on your Register mobile number > Continue.

4. Settings of fire tv stick > My Account > Sync Amazon Content.

Follow These Steps you issue will get Resolve without making calls to Tatasky.

CONNECTION ERROR ON TATASKY BINGE APPS:(HOTSTAR,ZEE5,SUN NXT, HUNGAMA PLAY ETC.)

RESOLUTION:

Click on Fire tv stick Setting> application > Manage installed Application>  Click on App(on which you are facing connection error issue.) > Clear Data,

Retry to open the App,If still issue persist,Contact on amazon Helpline not is Tatasky.Because this problem persist because of amazon account,there might be issue in Amazon account,if you contacted on Tatasky Helpline and they will also redirect you to amazon helpline if you issue not get resolved from their end.

LOGIN ERROR IN TATASKY BINGE APPS:

RESOLUTION:

Click on Fire tv stick Setting> application > Manage installed Application>  Click on App(on which you are facing connection error issue.) > UNINSTALL.

on HomePage,click on search icons,Download again ,if issue persist,contact Tatasky Helpline(18002086633)

HOW TO ACTIVATE AMAZON FREE 90 DAYS TRIAL IN TATASKY BINGE DEVICE:

RESOLUTION:

Open Fire tv stick,There will be a banner in home page of Amazon Free trial.

Click on That:

After that you will see three steps :

1.Open amazon.in/my tv

2. Sign in your account

3.Reference number.

You could follow these steps if  amazon.in/my tv is not working,then follow below steps to Activate Amazon prime offer.
